How a piece gets here
Recorded by the writer, edited here, published once they approve it.
A piece starts as a voice note and some photos from a mechanic or a rider. It is edited here and published under their name, or a riding name, once they have approved the edited version.
How it works
- Sign in with your email. A link arrives. There is no password.
- Send the piece. Photos, a voice note recorded in the browser or uploaded, a title if you have one. Text is optional.
- Editing. The voice note is transcribed on our own machine. An editor writes it up and checks the details with you.
- Approval. You get a link to the edited version. It is published only after you click approve. If something is wrong, reply to the email.
- Published under your name, with your business and a link if you want them. Your profile page shows how each piece is doing.
What a piece covers
A job on the bench: what came in, what was found, what was done, what the parts cost. A ride: the route, the conditions, what broke and how it was fixed. A build. A tour, leg by leg.
Money
Some contributors have a revenue-share agreement with Little Jam Jar Ltd, made separately in writing.
